DUTIES & TAXES (NON UK SHIPMENTS)
Due to Brexit from the 1st of January 2021 - All shipments outside the UK will be subject to import duties & taxes. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. The courier will contact you to collect any duties & taxes when your order arrives in your country. Kindly refer to your local authorities for pricing. Should a shipment be rejected or details not provided to the courier within the suitable time frame any return fees are your responsibility.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery during peak times. For many items we offer an express next working day delivery service, please contact us before purchasing if you require delivery by a particular date. For orders that need to be sourced, we provide you with a specific lead time (typically 2-3 working days). Please allow 4-6 working days for International deliveries. Please note orders are dispatched on weekdays. You will be required to sign for your delivery, should you opt for your delivery to be left without a signature, we will not be liable for any loss or damage.
WHAT COMPANY WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
All orders within the UK out by our delivery partner DPD. UK customers will receive email / text notification a day before delivery along with an allocated 1 hour delivery window on the day.
All International orders are carried out by our delivery partner DHL.

ARE THERE ANY IMPORT FEES / TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?
All orders outside of the UK are subject to import duties/taxes and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not set or collect duties/taxes, these are set by your local custom authorities and collected by the courier on behalf of your local custom authorities, once the shipment arrives in your country. If you are unsure of rates, kindly refer to your local custom authorities as these differ from country to country.
CAN I CHOOSE WHAT DAY I GET MY DELIVERY?
UK based customers can select which day you’d like your delivery and we’ll dispatch your order accordingly. Kindly add the desired weekday you’d like your order delivered in the notes when making a purchase. EU and International clients can liaise with our delivery partners when receiving notification via email/text of their delivery.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
No, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
DO YOU DELIVER TO HOTELS?
Yes, we do deliver to Hotels, this is a service we provide a range of our celebrity & high net worth clientele.
