Have you got a brand new, unworn item you're looking to sell?  

To sell your item you must be an existing client or referred by an existing client. All individuals wishing to sell an item will undergo additional checks to verify their credibility. 

All items must be:
100% authentic.
Brand new.
Unworn.
Tags attached.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by the original receipt.  

THE PROCESS

1. Email us at hello@theluxuryshopper.co.uk with detailed images of your item, the box / packaging, tags and receipt. Along with an estimated price you're looking to sell for.

2. A member of our team will respond with confirmation of whether we are interested in your item and provide an offer. 

3. Once you accept our offer, you will ship the item to us via a tracked and insured service, once received and authenticated payment will be made via PayPal within 2 business days.

Please note: Any faulty or used items will be returned to you at your cost. We have a strict Authentic only policy. If we receive an inauthentic item, the item will be disposed and you will be blocked from selling any item in the future.

 

CONSIGNMENT

Market your products to thousands of clients with our consignment service.

To consign your item you must be an existing client or referred by an existing client. All individuals wishing to consign an item will undergo additional checks to verify their credibility.

All items must be:

100% authentic.
Brand new.
Unworn.
Tags attached.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by the original receipt. 

THE PROCESS

1. Email us at hello@theluxuryshopper.co.uk with detailed images of your item, the box / packaging, tags and receipt.

2. We'll provide you with a price based on the market. (If pricing adjustments need to be made, we'll always contact you before making any changes)

3. Once agreed, you ship your item to us via a tracked and insured service. Our professional photographers will photograph and list your item on our website and social media platforms; reaching thousands of potential customers, ensuring we maximise the possibility of a sale. 

4. Once your item has sold you will receive 75% of the total sale value. Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer. 

Items must be listed for a minimum of 30 days from receipt before requesting a return. Return charges are £15 within the UK and £40 worldwide (customs & taxes are not included)
